The ETHICS Act gains support to ban Congress trading completely

Congressional Trading has long been a subject of scrutiny among citizens for the conflicts of interest it brings.

At present, several congress members have been spotted trading in defense companies relevant to both ongoing geopolitical activities as well as the committees that provide them with information on these companies.

This has resulted in controversies since the politicians directly profit and perhaps even commit the otherwise illegal act of insider trading.
