Rep. Scott Peters, recently elected to the House of Representatives for California’s 50th district in 2023, made a large sale of $100,000 to $250,000 in Multi-Pack Solutions LLC on January 3, 2023. This came in after he purchased $1,000,000 worth of Multi-Pack back on April 19, 2022, so this appears to be him lightening his holding although he is listed to have an ownership interest in this asset. It was acknowledged from the filing that he had capital gains of more than $200, disclosing that he likely did well on this investment despite a challenging investment environment overall. Mr. Peters also made another sale valued between $15,000 to $50,000 of DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER OF CITY OF LOS ANGELES Util at the same time.

Scott Peters is a Democratic politician and member of the United States House of Representatives for California’s 50th congressional district, formerly representing California's 52nd congressional district. Peters has been in Congress since 2012 and has been a strong advocate for environmental protection, affordable healthcare, and promoting economic growth. Before his time in Congress, Peters was a San Diego City Council member and later served as the chairman of the San Diego Unified Port District. He has been recognized for his bipartisanship and his efforts to work across the aisle to pass legislation. Peters also holds degrees from Duke University and New York University Law School.
